Genko, Inc. is a healthcare scheduling software company headquartered in Newark, Delaware. We build tools that automate administrative overhead so clinics can focus on what matters: the patient.
Where this
started
Genko grew out of the US–Mexico healthcare corridor — the region connecting San Diego and Tijuana where patients routinely cross an international border for care, and practices deal with a more complex mix of regulations than almost anywhere else.
The scheduling tools available at the time were either overbuilt enterprise systems or consumer apps that ignored HIPAA entirely. Neither fit. We built Genkō to be the platform we kept wishing existed: HIPAA-aligned, properly multi-tenant, and patient-first.
