- Can I make the booking portal private or invite-only?
- Yes. You can configure your patient portal so that only patients with an existing record can book — effectively invite-only. New patient intake is handled through a separate flow you control.
- Do reminders reveal sensitive information?
- No. Reminders include appointment time, date, and a confirmation link. Appointment type and provider name in message bodies can be toggled off — so a session labelled "therapy" never appears in a text.
- What if a client wants to cancel or reschedule at short notice?
- Clients can reschedule or cancel through the patient portal or via a link in their reminder. You are notified immediately, and the slot opens back up for other bookings.
