Every Enterprise customer gets its own database, authentication and storage, plus its own application deployment. There is no shared tenant to reason about, audit or explain.
Your domain, your front door
Genkō runs at an address you own, such as scheduling.yourhospital.org. Marketing pages and self-service signup are switched off; only sign-in is exposed.
Access you control
Accounts are restricted to your email domains. We create your first owner accounts; from there your owners invite providers, staff and colleagues themselves.

Questions we hear on the first call
- Who is Enterprise for?
- Hospital systems, multi-site groups and any organization whose security, procurement or data-residency rules rule out a shared platform. If a self-serve plan fits, Network is faster and cheaper.
- Is my data really separate from other customers?
- Yes. Your instance uses its own database, authentication and storage. Nothing is shared with other customers at the data layer.
- How is Enterprise priced?
- Per contract. The price reflects the number of organizations and patients, the data region, integrations, support level and any custom work. You get a fixed proposal after the first call.
- Who runs and updates it?
- We do. We deploy, monitor, back up and update your instance on the cadence set in your agreement. If you need it in your own cloud account, raise it on the call.
- Can we move from Network to Enterprise later?
- Yes. We migrate your organizations, patients and appointments into your dedicated instance as part of go-live.
