REST & MCP API
A REST API for ERPs, EHRs and scripts (cursor pagination, idempotent writes, per-item batch results, an OpenAPI 3.1 description) and a Model Context Protocol server for AI agents (Claude Desktop, OpenAI Agents, custom bots). Each has its own scoped keys, and rate limiting and audit logging cover both. On Network, signed webhooks tell your ERP the moment an appointment or patient changes.
AI Assistant
Built-in AI chat for your whole team. Ask natural-language questions about patients, schedules, and availability without leaving the dashboard. Owners and admins can also book, update and cancel; providers and staff get read-only access. Enabled per-org from Settings → Integrations. Available on Group and above, with a monthly message allowance by plan.
Website Chat Widget
Embed a public AI chat bubble on your own website so visitors can ask about services, providers, and availability. Public-safe tool scope only — no patient data. Enable it and copy the snippet from Settings → Integrations. Available on Practice and Network plans.
CRM
HubSpot
Automatically sync patients as HubSpot Contacts and log appointment events — completed visits, no-shows, and cancellations — as notes on the contact record. Keep your CRM accurate without manual data entry.
Calendar
Google Calendar
Each provider connects their own Google Calendar, and the appointments assigned to them sync there automatically. Events show only “Appointment” by default — patient details are opt-in.
Calendar embeds
Show a practice’s day, week, month or agenda calendar inside your CRM, intranet or website. Read-only, served in an iframe with short-lived signed sessions minted by your server, an exact allowlist of sites and three privacy levels (busy only, service, full). Clicks can open your own CRM record. Network plan.
Website booking widget & button
Let patients book from your own website. Embed your booking flow (it resizes itself and shows which days have openings), add a configurable book button that opens your booking page in a new tab, or share the direct link. Copy the code from Settings → Integrations. Solo plan and above.
Apple Calendar
iCloud and local Apple Calendar sync via CalDAV. Appointments appear natively on iPhone, iPad, and Mac — no app install required for providers.
Microsoft Outlook
Full Microsoft 365 calendar integration via Microsoft Graph API. Ideal for practices already running Exchange or Teams as their internal communication layer.
CalDAV / iCal
Standard CalDAV and iCal (.ics) feed support. Connect any calendar application that speaks open standards — Thunderbird, Fastmail, ProtonMail, and more.

Resend
Built-in. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and password resets are powered by Resend with full DKIM/SPF for reliable delivery.
Notifications
Send booking confirmations and appointment reminders over WhatsApp from Genkō's own number — no setup or phone verification needed. Patients reply to confirm, or get a secure link to reschedule or cancel, and your schedule updates on its own. Choose which messages go out and, from Group, which actions patients may take by reply, in Settings → Notifications.
Twilio SMS
SMS reminders to reduce no-shows. Patients receive a text 24 hours before their appointment and can opt out at any time from their portal profile. Practice plan and above.
EHR / EMR
Epic
FHIR R4 integration with Epic MyChart. Appointment data flows bidirectionally with the patient's longitudinal health record.
Athenahealth
Connect Genkō scheduling with athenahealth's practice management layer. Appointments, patient demographics, and encounter notes stay in sync.
