- Yes. You can add as many providers (dentists, hygienists) as your plan allows and define individual availability per provider. Genkō's conflict detection prevents double-booking across chairs.
- Can I import my existing patient list?
- Bulk CSV import is available. You upload a spreadsheet with patient names, email, phone, and last visit date — Genkō maps them and sends recalls automatically.
- Does it work with WhatsApp?
- Yes. Appointment reminders and recall messages can be sent via WhatsApp (Starter plan and above) as well as email. Patients can reply to confirm or reschedule directly in the chat.
